Very unprofessional. Front desk is always on their personal phones. Trying to create a relationship with a staff that seems to change every month or so is nerve wrecking. As a parent of a child that has severe anxiety , I no longer feel comfortable having my child in your care. Who knows maybe they are on their phones back there. These 5 minute appts seem to be useless, at times the DR comes for nearly 2 seconds, not once has the DR taken the time to review treatment with me. Needless to say we are in the process of transferring.

My daughter has been a nervous patient for two and a half years. The staff is always pleasant and understanding and patient! As a mom with a hectic schedule, I also appreciate the expectations set with each appointment. We are on the home stretch, but the results are amazing! We could not have asked for a better experience.
