Dunkin' Donuts

My boyfriend and I walked in this Dunkin to hearing the manager, Cody being very loud to another employee about how to make donuts. This was happening behind the front counter and the entire store could hear him. We stood and waited for someone to come help us. He walked by us without saying anything or offering to take our order. When he walked away his gym shorts were down below his butt and we had the privilege of seeing his butt crack. A lovely girl took our order (only reason why I gave this two stars). I proceeded to ask her who the individual was that was speaking so loud and demeaning to her so I could complain about their unprofessionalism to a manager and learned he was the manager. By her reaction, this seemed to be his typical behavior. This is not who should be running your store. Dunkin, your employees and customers deserve better.
