I always had my call answered right away, same day, or within 48 business hours from our paralegal Kimberly. Kimberly was always so informative and helpful if she didn't know the answer to our question(s) she always got us an answer right away. She was a superstar in getting my fathers case was worked and completed timely for his hearing, which he won! That girl definitely loves her job and deserves a pay raise for how hard she worked for my father which I am sure she does for all the cases she handles.
