*Answers the phone* “Hello?” “Yes hi do you guys do welding?” Rude voice “yeah that’s why they call us cape welding!” “Oh okay well I have this part on my trailer that I need welded.” “We don’t do trailers only marine welding.” Well then how about instead of being rude on the phone before someone even meets you, show some customer service, answer the phone hello, cape welding, then change your name to marine welding. Where has customer service gone? Hopefully this review helps someone out so this douche doesn’t talk to other POTENTIAL customers like this anymore. Cause answering the phone like that surely won’t make people come to you. Welders are a dime a dozen, customer service isn’t.
