My family has been vacationing in Florida now for over 25yrs now. I decided on 3 stars because the property was clean an in a good location. Also we were able to get the cable issue resolved within 24hrs. However one of my biggest issues is the very limited kitchen supplies and not nearly enough towels to accommodate a family of 6.....4 face towels to be exact. Called villadirect and was told that they only supply 2 Sets per bathroom. After I made an issue about it they had housekeeping send 3 more. So we're supposed to use one towel each for 2 weeks with one extra for backup?!?!? Weve never experienced this with any other resort. Unable to reach anyone at villadirect to express my dissatisfaction.
