Clearwater Bagels

We came in to grab some bagels, my husband and I own a business locally. We were greeted by a wonderful young man and he is who checked us out. The credit card machine took awhile with my card inside and he kindly let me know my card had been declined. I let him know I had just received a notification on my phone to let me know my purchase at the bagel company and successfully been approved. I then proceeded to show him, and an older man (I’m guessing owner or manager). He responded with “we don’t take her smart phones word”. He then slammed a receipt indeont of me letting me know the last one that had been processed wasn’t mine and walked away. We decided to go ahead and pay again and grab our bagels and leave. My account has now been charged 3 times. And needless to say we will not be returning. Not due to the fact of the machine messing up, but because the supervisor handled the situation extremely terrible.
