The staff was professional and polite, the vehicle was in great mechanical shape and I enjoyed driving it and for those reasons I would have given five stars. I think an honest effort was made to clean the vehicle, but they missed the back where a previous renter must have had a dog with muddy paws, and the vehicle smelled as if it had been smoked in - thus only three stars.
