Absolutely one of the worst experiences at a beauty salon. I really feel it was my hairdresser, not a reflection on everyone. My hair was uneven with long strands at least 1/2 inch longer than the hair next to it and my color was different when I left than when I arrived. It turns out, my hairdresser forgot to rinse after putting in the conditioner, thus my brown hair was orangish/brown.
