My experience thus far has been terrible, and continues to be. We were told our roof would begin in late March or early April and would be about a 3 week process from start to finish. We have seen many homes in our neighborhood begin the process with the tear down taking between 3-5 full days of work. We were happy to hear they would begin in early March. A delivery came with the supplies the next day. Come to find out, they were the wrong supplies. 4 deliveries and returns later, hopefully, we got the right stuff delivered. We were then told a day the crew would start, and they didnt show up. This happened a few times. Finally when they show up, the project manager sends them home half way through the day because they were not treating our driveway with care. This was a Friday so then our house sat with exposed wood all weekend, which it then conveniently rained and caused a leak in our ceiling. This then had to be fixed, and another round of “a crew will be there” and not show up began again. When they did show up, they would only work for a half day, only once were they here a full day. The tear down and underlayment process dragged on for 3 weeks. Then, damage was caused around my garage and lanai leaving holes in the overhang. This all took probably another 3 weeks to get fixed, and the stucco had to be redone because it was cracking. My impression was that they had ordered our tile in late February because we were told it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. I just found out finally on Thursday that it’s “scheduled” to arrive on July 9, so my roof will have gone without the tile for at least 4 months before it shows up, and my confidence in this company tells me that won’t happen, and even if it does, who knows when they will show up to apply it. July will have plenty of rainy days to give them reason to not show up. I also reported a month ago that one side of our house where the soffits are has water damage. The guy who was our salesman, showed up as a project manager now to take pictures...but nobody ever got back with us. Our original project manager never responded to our calls and pictures of the damage. Now that it’s raining, we have water coming through our slider, and paint bubbling along the frame of the slider. Our new project manager said they would send a crew out Friday to address the issue. Of course, nobody showed up, nobody has responded back to us, and I am just fed up with the poor job this company has done. I understand the roofers are overwhelmed with work, but don’t lie and take on jobs you can’t finish. I chose this company because we thought they had a good reputation, and trusted them when we questioned them about the work they do. Ive seen the crappy work getting done in town and we were assured it won’t happen with them, but I haven’t seen any other homes in my neighborhood take as long for the tear down process, or get 5 semi truck deliveries of wrong supplies. They also would leave junk all around our house. They never cleaned up the nails properly, both myself and my daughter stepped on nails in the yard, and there’s still super large gutter nails laying in my landscaping. I would not recommend this company to be used, at least during a catastrophic event.
