I have rented from G-R for 5 years between Gvl and Micanopy. 4.5 stars. If you come with patience and respect, Ivo, Linda and Lucy will take care of you and I have had all kinds of help from their maintenance team, but you have to ask. They have a lot of old properties to manage. I always had a fair deal in a good neighborhood. This last one in particular is good and some of the renters around here have been here and happy also 5-15+years in Micanopy
