KTPerformance, despite a shakey initial impression has completely rectified the issue and regained my trust. The sole explanation for a rating of 4 (actually I call it as 4.5) is the initial communication problems that resulted in a failure to deliver a 2nd day item within the expected timeframe. This was due to an issue outside KTPerformance's direct control. For this component of the review I will rate 3 stars as I feel the seller aught to have monitored the initial transaction. Now, the resolution of the original issue did in fact satisfy my origial time-dependent situation. I admittedly was quite harsh in my critique. For the resolution of the issue, I give a rating of *6*. Yes, the scale only has 1-5 but once all was completed, customer service deserves a 6 on the scale of 1 to 5.
I completely withdraw my urging that this seller be avoided.
This ends my new review and reflects accurately a positive opinion.

Exceptionally DISAPPOINTING! I requested and paid a significant upcharge for expedited shipping and a week later I still do NOT have my item. I get nothing but an empty apology and unfulfilled promise.
The stories continue! Now Payton is blaming ISSPRO for losing the PO. Allegedly, one item was shipped "incorrectly" and is not going to arrive by the time I must have it. But Payton says the tracking number is not available. That is BULL because the tracking number is available at or before the package departing.
I received a pdf purported to be issuance of credit for my botched shipping; I will believe that when I see the refund on my AmEx statement.
DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
