Nachon Ace Hardware

I went to return items purchased at another ACE Hardware location and I was told they do not take returns. When asked if they followed ACE's corporate return policy, they said they do not follow their policy as they are a franchise. They set their own rules. According to them, the owner died and Pricilla, the GM, makes the decisions. I will contact ACE's corporate to check if this is true. Not good customer service.
