The Doctor is good and very professional, BUT that office needs to train the staff or need a new manager. I was feeling very sick and the doctor prescribed me some meds and I was feeling better in 3 days. A week later when I finished the treatment I started feeling bad again my hole body hurt so much I couldn't move,walk or do anything, i was so scared, I thought I was paralyzed. I went back to the office he sent me to do some labs and a spine scan that never got it done cause the lady who worked with referral I called several times and took 4 weeks for an authorization AND i had to call my insurace to ask why IT was taking so long and they said we apologize but we haven't receive anything from your doctors office, WHAT? Still no one ever called back, now 6 months later they haven't call me to follow-up with labs results or appointment or anything after waiting 2 hours outside in pain I left, I changed doctors and I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus now I drive from homestead to miami to go to Sylvester but my Lupus after several months with flares is under control now. I could have had complications without knowing I had this disease and nobody in that Clinic cared. My point is if you pay for your health insurance be in a place where they care for PTs don't stay in a place just cause is around your house cause you can end up very sick or dead if you don't see a good health care provider.
