This review has been a long time coming so do bear with me. The breakdown of giving this place 3 stars. 1.The food is great- but not worth the $3 up charge 2.The atmosphere & design of the place is beautiful. 3.On Mondays they offer 25% off on apps and drinks. Now the main problem that I have with this place is how differently it runs when the owner is there or not. When the owner is there, it is a tight ship and there is no problem. When the owner is NOT there, it's as if no one knows what to do. There is a lot of miscommunication between the hostess and the servers all the way to the chefs. The tables are always dirty after a party leaves and no one cleans it as soon as they leave. It is left dirty until a party comes in and the hostess leaves the stand, goes and cleans it, pulls silverware and place mats from other clean tables and then comes back to the party. So there is already a 10 minute delay. It seems that there isn't a select area that a server gets because when 3 different servers come and introduce themselves and then proceed to have an argument in front of the customer of who is taking care of them. The servers relay incorrect orders to the chefs which of course, you can figure that one out for yourself the frustration on both parties. Long story short it is very unorganized and it becomes difficult to enjoy the atmosphere. I'll miss the food but I won't be back.
