My neighbor was pistol whipped by a man that lived 2 stories below him. The police came, did NOT arrest the man, they did NOT take him from the scene, and they did NOT take the gun. The police stalled around for 3 months, jerking my neighbor around until finally he got a letter saying that, the police were not going to do anything. My neighbor is a white gay man who did nothing wrong. He tried to file a restraining order and the police "couldn't" get it passed. My neighbor has had the man and his friends try and break into his apartment, he has a scar, and has been harassed. The Kenneth City Police of Saint Petersburg FL are a compete joke!
