Kings Pointe

This mobile home park is kept pristine but that comes at a very high price. The rules and regulations are over the top and out of control. There's very limited parking on the property and no street parking is allowed so forget it if you have visitors that come over frequently. We can live with that but what we can't live with are the people that live in this place. You need to read and understand what I am about to tell you before deciding to live here. Everything that you do in this place will be subject to scrutiny. Your life as it pertains to the exterior of your home will be under a microscope. There are many folks here that have nothing better to do with their life then drive around the park in a golf cart all day long looking for something to complain about. If they perceive you as not fitting in they will make your life hell in an attempt to get rid of you. Consider yourself warned about this place. We would not recommend living in an environment like as it's not healthy. We will be moving out as soon as it's possible for us to do so into something that's a little bit more our style
