Lavender N Lace Tea Room

We had a great experience with a group of ladies (11) on April 7th. Our server was Caroline, she was very attentive, friendly, great service. Owner stopped by our tables a couple of times to check on us. Our food was delicious. I personally usually order the crunchy chicken which is very good. I love going to this place. Service, atmosphere and food is awesome. A charming place to have a good time.

Enjoyed our birthday celebration for a party of 12. Do believe they are understaffed as our server did her best to provide good service, she was stretched beyond reasonable expectations with the apparent number of tables she had to serve. It is a small old home and the number of tables crammed into each room makes it overcrowded and noisy. There is no way to get out of your chair without hitting the diner behind you. I've been going to this tearoom/restaurant for about 20 years. It has become over priced and no longer the charming lunch treat it once was.
