American Cleaners of Lake Mary

We took a pair of cuffed and pleated dress slacks to be pressed and cleaned. I picked them up in the plastic cover brought them home and put them in the closet. When I went to wear them for the day, I removed the plastic and a pair of Dockers were in its place. We contacted the owner and the owner indicated that the Dockers were mine and declined to resolve the situation. We have been a long time customer dating back to the early 2000’s . I guess customer loyalty means nothing. Time to take my business elsewhere.
