DR. SILVA completley Unprofessional ! My Boston Terrier had a broken leg, after all the X-Rays. Whenever we get the Money to make an appointment for the surgery mean while they put a bandage around the broken leg. Within a week we got the money we contact her and she stated that She is not capable and is not prepared to do the Surgery! HELLOOW ! It make no sense !!! What type of vet says that to you in a desesperated moment !! Ahhh and lets not forget that she dint wantes to talk face to face with us just because..... Shame on you Dr. SILVA AHHH And I will give 3 Stars because of Dra. HERNANDEZ She would handle this better than you did.

Dr. Merkle is the best veterinarian and animal surgeon whom my husband and I have ever known. Her empathy and professional demeanor are only surpassed by her surgical skills and competence as a learned veterinarian. Tampa Bay is fortunate to have her.
