These guys are awesome. In particular, the salesman named Cory. He took me out on a test drive and since I'm from Orlando and don't know the area, he ride side by side with me (in what turned out to be a terential downpour.) Fast forward a couple hours of paperwork and I bought the Triumph that I test drove. The bike was used and by the time I made it the 80 miles back to my side of the state, I noticed the battery wasn't charging, and ended up putting a new battery in it. That didn't do the trick, so I brought it back the following weekend. *Heres the awesome part... Service manager Robin Duncan checked out the bike and discovered that the voltage rectifier was bad. I was thinking that I had bought a lemon and was going to be stuck holding the bag on a bike needing hundreds of dollars worth of repairs. Surprisingly, Robin approached me and told me that she wanted to keep the bike, and offered me a ride home...80 miles! Then she told me that she would make all of the necessary repairs and have my bike delivered to me on the other side of the state, ALL FREE IF CHARGE! This shop kept their word and my bike performs beautifully. A very nice surprise to find an ethical business these days, and even though my transaction was not flawless… These folks made it right and made me comfortable in the process. I would not only recommend them to my friends, but I would buy another bike from them in a heartbeat.
Worst experience ever Put my 2013 Goldwing on consignment for health reasons. They said the bike was worth 10,000 and they charged 12%. They listed it for 13995.00. Couple days later they called and said so needed to reduce the price by 2000 because the bike needed painting due to fading. Enraged I went to the dealership to see for myself. Obviously they had detailed the bike and screwed up. Of course total denial, telling me they never touch a consignment bike, funny I talked with the detail guy earlier different story. Brought the bike home, little wax by hand, couple hours time and their mistake gone. Not owning their mistake and pointing fingers at me constitutes lack of integrity and honesty to hallmarks on business. An apology would be nice but not expecting it from this group. My advice for dealing with Fun Bike Center, DON'T!
