Mallards of Wedgewood Apartments

Lived her since 2010. Started off a good place to live and the front office/maintenance was really good. !! Warning for families with kids !! The last two years have been HORRIFIC. If you want to live in a apartment with people doing drugs all the time, druggies beating on your and the neighbors doors at random times of the night because they have the wrong apartment number or having your vehicle and house get broken into....then welcome home. The most disgusting thing is all the used condoms laying around in front of my door, in the parking lot or at the kids play area. Cars do drive fast through the apartment so it's unsafe for my kids to ride their bikes or skates anywhere. This is our last year here!! After calling the police for a forced entry by two men while we were home a month back, he gave me two warnings....arm yourself, and move out.
