Robert Ray second shift service manger is ahead of his time to be a 23 year old. He handles the stress better than most service mangers twice his age and shows perfection in professionalism. I have the utmost respect for this young gentleman and so does the employees that work for him....it shows the way they talk to him and pay attention to him when he speaks to them. He went way out of the way to help me get back on the road. These are the type of people we need for are future running Washington not corrupt politicians/ lawyers that suck the money and good clean life out of the working class. Robert solves problems....he doesn't create them. Hats off to his mom and dad!! Penseke or schools can't teach this, only mom, dad, teachers and his community that he grew up in. Penseke executives are so lucky to have someone of this caliber working for them. My suggestion to penseke is to take notes from this young man.....y'all might learn something. Show a little more compassion to your customers and less about there wallets. My very first review and believe me, I didn't go overboard at all about Robert. I hope he is happy and successful in whatever he does in the present time and future. Your parents were definitely blessed. I apologize to the rest of the crew at this location for not including them in my first review!! This penseke location is by far the best one in the country that I have been to. Wash bay, mechanics and 1st shift service manger are top shelf. Pleasant people to be around. I can't say anything about the rental salesman because my issue was with electronic log device system that my company is using which is a nightmare for me already. The only two things I don't like about this place is the 1920's style tractor seats in the driver's lounge and no Wi-Fi. You would think the money, buying power and money they averaged per year off of each vehicle small to large penseke could make our stay a little more comfortable since we are the ones that make Roger and the board so wealthy. I bet there rear ends aren't sitting on a old tractor seat. Alot of money causes problems if a few people have it. They want more more more. When is enough.... enough guys. Greedy greedy greedy. Shame on you Roger. We met on a house boat about 30 years ago on Ross Barnett reservoir in Jackson Mississippi when you were brown nosing potential investors. Remember you didn't get were you are by yourself. Isn't time to stop wanting more more more?
