If you want real service, this is the place. Another Verizon store (LaCholla and Ina) "could not help me". Jay at the Sunrise/Swan location fixed everything with patience, perseverance and kindness...and an offer to come back if everything was not completely fixed by my next invoice. Before this experience I was going to switch from Verizon. Maybe I'll be able to rethink that decision.
