Very dissatisfied at this location, first and last for us. I brought in daughter's communion dress and asked specifically to clean the stain spots (tiny but visible). The lady who took in the dress did not put anything to mark where the spots were only on the computer (seems like she was because she typed a few things while we were showing the stains). Came to pick up the dress two days later (no calls or emails stating that they could not remove the stains) and stains are still there. The lady got the owner out to speak to me and stated that it was cleaned. I told him we had it done to get the stains out not just to clean. He stated, "I can't get all stains out". I then asked him, why should I pay $21 dollars to get the stain out but the stain is still there. He stated that he cleaned the dress and threatened that if I don't pay I don't get the dress back. He continued to try to argue how he cleaned it and how it is not guarantee to get all stains out. He did not even get one tiny stain out. Did not even offer any discount or any resolution knowing his customer was not happy with his service. My wife is very disappointed and will go out of our way next time to get any of our precious items cleaned. Please keep in mind just because they are located in a nice neighborhood does not mean they will treat you nicely or actually do the work but they will happily take your money. Their prices seems very high than most.

Best drycleaning service in all of Jacksonville area!!! Excellent service with people who actually care that your clothes are CLEAN. Attention to detail so you don't turn your clothes in with spots and stains and then get them back the same way. Lapels is the VERY BEST!!!
