I came in spent the 12 dollars for a day pass and immediately had an assistant manager explain pricing and how I could save. The greeting staff at the door behind the counter are always friendly, consistent in customer service and I appreciate that very much. In addition, their phone etiquette is amazing. One thing I'll say, there are a couple personal trainers there who are pompous in their demeanor, they stare at you without saying hello and have this arrogant (trying to act tough is my perception, I work on a psychiatric unit of a hospital so I am unmoved)aura about them that's extremely irritating. Its especially irritating when you attempt to be cordial and say hello and they look down there nose at you. Overall, aside from them its a gorgeous facility (I hope members will assist staff in keeping it clean) and I got mad love for Damian who signed me up and those who work at the counter. I see the store manager who always appears to have a smile on his face.
