EDIT: LOL at the owner's response. We paid upfront, that's why you had to REFUND us the money. You don't know how to run a business and made us wait an HOUR to play while your son played in a paying customer's spot. Then when 1 person muttered a (valid) complaint under their breath, you flew off the handle in the most unprofessional manner I've ever seen from a business owner. Grow up, learn how to run a business, and definitely stop lying. If you'd leave your underage child with this hot-headed lunatic, then you're clinically insane. After coming here a few times, I thought the owner was just a spoiled toddler trapped in a grown man's body. But after today's expletive-laden tirade in front of a bunch of kids over a minor complaint not even directed towards him, I believe he is seriously mentally unstable. Beyond unprofessional. Read the reviews posted here by non family/friends, or just come here a few times and observe "management". An absolute joke of an establishment, don't spend a dime here.
