I called Harrison Plumbing at 7:30 am. After discussing products, services and price, we agreed to proceed at the earliest opportunity. The technician arrived at my home right at 8:30. They were very methodical about protecting the floors before commencing any work. Removal of the old water heater (60% full of water) onto a dolly. I noticed several shortcomings in the installation of the previous water heater, which had been installed by a different company. They also noticed and mentioned these shortcomings to me and he told me his plan to upgrade the installation of the new water heater- drip pan, better valves, fittings and better hoses. The installation was completed, work area cleaned and normal operation of the new water heater verified by 9:30 am. I felt the price to be very fair, based on the quality of the product, superior level of service and responsiveness. I am glad I called them and will continue using them for all of my plumbing needs.
