Customer service is crap, go to Le Macaroon 3 kiosks over instead. They only sell in a minimum of 2 scoops, which i was going to buy, but having a 3yo eat 2 scoops from a cone is asking for trouble. So I asked if they can put one in a cone and one in a cup (same as me asking for an empty cup and doing it myself) and the stupid woman refused. These weren't gold plated cups either; they essentially threw away $9 of profit today and any future visit over a 5cent cup (I would have also bought a cappuccino). Instead I took my business to "Le macaroon" which I have already been to 20+ times and will continue to patronize. I could chalk it up to the woman serving the ice cream not knowing a lick of English or being to dumb to realize I wasn't asking if they sold singles in either the cup or cone, but I do think she knew exactly what I was asking since I asked in two different ways and got a clear no both times.
