I called him and he sent me someone else without informing me. They made repairs. Installed a different capacitor and left it dangling in a cardboard box inside the unit. They did not screw it onto the unit. They left the unit casing loose and unmounted. They installed a generic fan motor that was operated in horsepower and the fab blade had to be adjusted by a different technician bacause the unit did not cool. They cleaned the coils but discarded the air filter and did not tell me I needed to install a new one. The coils would have been dirty again in a month if the new tech had not caught this. I paid $680 for this job and had to pay a new tech to clean up after them as well.
