They quoted me 350 dollars to ship my car from South Carolina to West Virginia. When I called 2 weeks later to accept their quote, they said that it was now 550 dollars. I was upset, but at their mercy, and accepted the quote. 2 weeks later, I called to see where my car was, and they told me it was now going to cost me 600 dollars. Every time I called, it seemed the price went up. When I asked for my deposit back, because for 600, I could go get it myself, they refused to give me my deposit back. They said I was contractually bound to pay them regardless. They basically held my car hostage! I had no choice but to pay even more again. I still don't have my car, and God only knows when I'll get it. :(
