Very bad customer service. I found an orange card in my mailbox. When I went ask why the card was left in my box and to return it, I was told that the carrier left it by mistake. I had the same situation the next day. I was given the same explanation. When I asked to speak with the manager, the attendant had a bad attitude and it took forever for the manager to come out.
The manager explained that the card meant that my address has been forwarded. This was part of a fraud and this was also a very bad experience and process to resolve with this office.
