Walmart Pharmacy

No communication when prescription can't be filled. Only received a partial prescription due to low stock. Then when I went to refill the rest of it (the label stated partial refill left), they refused to fill it. This was for a simple estrogen patch. No one called stating they would not fill it or that there was an issue with getting the rest of what was owed from the initial fill. This has happened three times now. I plan to change pharmacies once I get a new script from the dr.
