I've been to this clinic many times and never had a problem until now. I was misinformed even after I doubled checked and did my research. I called the call center and asked them what exactly I would need to get a physical for a Visa. They told me I would need my immunization records so I took a whole morning running around trying to get my records and I asked them if they will be able to provide a letter in English and Spanish and was told yes. So I make my appointment and tell the practitioner that I need my letters in Spanish and English and she said that I will get them when I go back for a follow. I paid for the first half of my visit and went back two days later. I told the lady that I need my letters in Spanish and English and she said it wasn't possible. She called her manager and they tried to figure something out but could not. I do not recommend this place to anyone that needs proper documentation of the visit because it is not worth the stress. This was such an inconvenient problem that could have been avoided if I was given the correct information and now I'm short over $150 and I did not get what I needed.
