Renter beware!!! Worst rental experience of my life. Lost $34,000.00 in personal property because of their negligence. A foreclosure company came in a took all my property and realty executives knew there were issues with the home but still rented the property. Home was disgusting when I moved in. I spent 3 hours cleaning bugs, balls of hair in shower and sinks that were never cleaned. After my property was taken they had no records of me signing a lease. They allowed me to rent week to week but then kept my $900 deposit when I moved out!! Sandra was spiteful and could have cared less that my property was taken. Also they never answered office phone. This is only a fraction of the bad experiences I've had with them. Worst rental management ever!!!
