I currently rent multiple units here and I can completely vouch for this location. I’ve known the son of the former owner of the property for years. We all grew up here. Any part of the property which needs improvement is stuff that the former company let get out of hand. No one maintained it or did what needed to be done. This new company took over only a couple of months ago and I’ve talked to the guys, they are working on making the place better. It bothers me to see obviously fake bad reviews being posted that I as a tenant know are completely untrue. I rent units in different spots and I know there’s no rat problem here. The guys in the office couldn’t be nicer. The one dude who lives on the property has gone out of his way to help me out, and I catch him talking to other tenants when I’m driving through here. He’s always respectful and honest. There’s another guy I haven’t had much interaction with but I’ve seen him answer phone calls and he too is honest and respectful. You know you go somewhere and a company tries to sell you something and tries to shove their pitch down your throat? These guys aren’t like that. You want to rent from them because you like them. In Orange Park there are a ton of places to store your stuff but I’d rather deal with people I can trust who are down to earth than people who are faking being nice and not caring once you give them your rent check. Give these guys a chance. This company is going to be around for the long haul.
