Very happy with how I was helped and treated. I went in without an appointment after suddenly being added to a wedding. Carolyn was wonderfully attentive even with how busy the salon was that day. I had a limited budget, a very specific color spectrum, and a deadline of under 6 weeks for dress shipping. She listened to me, gave me plenty of options to choose from, and searched every single dress I tried on in order to see if it was available in my size and shipping needs. I went ahead and ordered it and I was happy UNTIL the next day when I found out that the neckline for my dress was too revealing for the wedding. I went in and spoke to Shannon. Unfortunately, my original second choice was unavailable in the exact shade I was given as a reference guide. She searched through all of the color swatches and found several alternatives close to the original palette. She even offered to let me try on similar dress styles in order to find my perfect color even though I didn't have another appointment and it was late. After confirming with the bride, my color swatch and dress were approved and I was happily closing out the details with Tia. The ladies are so friendly and understanding in this location, I will definitely recommend them and go back next time I have a wedding!
