Called about a week ago because I needed to get new tires for my wheelchair. They said they’d be happy to help and ordered the tires. When I came in, they went to put the tires on and discovered that I gave them the wrong size. They helped me to understand what I needed to know when ordering new tires, they rotated my tires on my wheelchair, helped me order the right kind of tires and didn’t charge labor. This shop and the employees are absolutely outstanding. Thank you guys so much for all your help.

After leaving my last review, which I have since deleted, I want to thank Carlos(store manager) for his great approach towards me ever since then. He took a great initiative to make sure I felt greatly appreciated as a customer. I also must apologize to Carlos for NOT being fare and letting him know how I felt before I left his store. His team and him self have defiantly made me felt welcome and that is what I believe separates 1 store from another. Products sell themselves but attitude and customer service is a unique thing compared to none. Great Job Carlos!
