The Girls at the OBT location are great to work with cause they know what they are doing. But the ones at the Main don't. I brought a car... they jacked up the price. I needed new tags, Took them two months to get them too me. Their soo lazy they cant even do to the DMV. They waited last min. I can't drive with expired tags. I went to go pick them up. No One acknowledged me. Finally a tall skinny lady came out and asked me if I'm being helped. I said no. She asked me "what do I need". I told her I am here to pick up tags. And she said Tag??? and I said Yes, Tags,.. Then she says.. Tag??? ohh i dont know.. (How the frick you work at a car dealership and dont know what tags are?) .. So finally the lady at the other office asks me. Are you Natasha? I said yes, She says I have your tags right here.. Ok. I sign the papers for it. Now I need my Tags... A guy is looking for a screw driver to put the tags on... WHY WOULD I COME TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH THE CAR IF THE CAR HAS EXPIRED TAGS ON IT???? Do you not know the car the tags are registered to?
I swear these people don't know what they are doing.
