I wish I could put zero. Very unprofessional management. If you bring any of their issues to their attention they will tell you your child has behavior problems.
Also when they deem it “too cold” 70 degree Florida days they won’t take your child outside which is against DCF guidelines. Also they will give your child a lot of sugar and candy even when you ask them several times nicely not to.
They think they can make up rules whenever they want. Will add things into parent contracts without your prior knowledge.
Also this facility refuses to write you receipts for your payments. Parents beware. Also they have a lot of creepy people around the building and strange men randomly pop in supposedly family friends they ask to fix things.
