Well I adored my instructor Shanequa ! She was friendly and professional and made pole concepts easy. The reason I cannot give this facility a higher rating is because the dark haired lady at the front desk was extremely rude for no reason. I created an account and paid for 6 individual classes for my friends and I. I was trying to explain that to the woman (wish I had gotten her name) and she tells me that I only booked two classes and I was wrong and that we needed to pay. She was so dismissive and gave me an attitude for no reason because I wasn’t hostile or looking for a fight in any type of way. I was just eager to get into the class. She kept cutting me off and using a condescending tone as though I were slow. I showed her my bank account where vixen fitness had taken $160.50 from me and she STILL insisted that I only paid for two classes (each class is $25 so that math isn’t adding up) and she “couldn’t refund what she didn’t have, and that I should contact my bank .” I never asked for a refund, never even had a slight attitude. It’s like she was waiting on me to snap so she could kick us all out. I asked her to check a specific account of mine and when she reluctantly did all of my tickets popped up. Why is it that I know how to work your system better than you? She didn’t even apologize, just still tried to make it seem like it was my fault. She needs better people skills because she was FAKE through the whole visit. I felt unwanted and will be continuing my pole classes at Lotus Fitness.
