Don't let their lower prices lure you in! They will go up before you know it! Their rates go up about every 4 months or so. In their increase letter they'll say it's to keep up their superior service! The ladies in the office are great, but that's about it. Our unit has gone up $30 in a little over two years. The units are dirty, ours has roaches, so I'm sure that most do. They will tell you this Florida and that's to be expected. Once when we complained about the bugs they handed us a jug of bug spray and told us to spray it ourselves! Someone even attempted to break into our unit. We've seen nothing to justify the constant increases.
