Oviedo Beautiful Flowers

Had to send multiple bouquets to different locations. Staff were friendly and helpful, though the ordering process took a while. I was supposed to get notifications when the orders were delivered and never did. Called the store myself several times to track down the deliveries and would get different answers like ‘ delivery in transit’ or ‘delivered’ when it wasn’t. I know because I called the recipients. If a company assures a customer 2-3 days, then I would hope they could deliver on that promise or give a partial refund for the hassle.
