Pam showed us exactly what I described that I wanted in a recliner. The first chair, the lancer was perfect. Plush, first chair comfortable for my Dad, Pam chose a fabric that would be easy to slide on and off the chair.We took it for a test drive and leaned how to operate it. Cannot wait for delivery. If I could put no stars I would Lazy boy prices are outrageous for inferior quality We decorated 2 and a half rooms for the price they were charging for a sofa and loveseat! Word of advice never give the sales staff your budget They will up the price of their product add commissions and then tell you it’s a bargain with a discount! Their prices are already marked up 300% so beware ! Go to haverties or eldorado they are more honest And if you want to customize be ready to pay more up charges and more commissions !
