AVOID - this place is cracked out beyond belief Our storage unit was robbed within first 5 days, just spoke with a man emptying his unit who said he had been robbed 3 times, at least he got a new lock from the thieves at Pilcher Storage after his third robbery, oddly enough this guy seemed much more concerned with our robbery than the person on the phone at Pilcher and he actually handed us our former lock that had been cut off which he found on the other row of storage units. Spoke with the "manager" who was probably the owner, he basically implied it was my fault because i didn't install an industrial hardware lock that couldn't be cut off and I guess that is true, but when asked why he hadn't installed a security camera or even a fake security camera he said that was the owner's fault...also we weren't told by the ladies at the gas station next door to install a heavy duty lock when we rented it. Owner/manager dude also said call Bay County Sheriff's and they'll do nothing as this happens all over the place, oddly enough at our storage unit up the street on Thomas Drive in Trophy Park we haven't been robbed in over a year and were only using this new s*hole to store a few items, the other unit is more expensive but not that much more and it's true you get what you pay for. Avoid these guys at all cost - I can only assume they are writing all their own reviews to get this high of a star rating.
