My Aunt went in to do a Certificate of Deposit. She was treated dreadfully. The representative that was "helping" her was discussing her own personal business with another employee. She waited on another member before my Aunt when she should have been after her. She did not give the correct interest rates and when she was told about that she got an attitude about her own mistake.
Slow service, consistantly huge lines and always seemingly understaffed. Also won't let "shared" credit union members use the drivethrough.
