Pensacola Honda

I had service work on my 2016 Honda Odyssey at Pensacola Honda and the entire experience was a pleasure. From check in to picking up my car after the service the service employee's were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful. The service facility waiting area was very nice (I understand they are about to move to a newer and larger facility) and was very pleased with my service experience. Also I might add that Pensacola Honda is the location where I bought my Odyssey and had also purchased another Honda from this dealership in the past. I've never had a bad experience at Pensacola Honda with all my dealings with them. I really can't say enough about how pleased I am to have Pensacola Honda as my dealership. Great people...

I got my oil changed and tires rotated as well as a car wash without an appointment. Excellent staff response with an exceptional customer waiting area. For me, it's a 35 mile drive and I still feel like I'm getting a good deal.
