Amazing place! Was on my way down to NAS Pensacola from Montgomery when a flat tire ruined my trip. After finishing the trip on a doughnut, they quickly patched and put on my original tire. Wonderful customer service in a timely fashion. Glad to have found them !

Our family has done business here for "many years", back to when Fred & Rudy were alive running things & up til a year or so when Mitch was around. But on wed. June 28 when trying to deal with Brandi (Scott/Mgr was not there) she informed us that the tires we purchased with 40,000 miles on the tires that have a 55,000 mile warranty would not be warranted. It seems per Brandi it's only a mfg. Warranty & there's no pro rate allowed on the early wearing of tires. But one of the mgmnt staff at Discount Tires on Davis Hwy says they DO pro rate theirs when they are under warranty & that this should have been done for us at Vannoys or any reputable tire dealer Looks like our 3 family members will be spending our money on tires in the future at Discount Tires/Davis Hwy,Pensacola.
