Artistic Concrete Group

Had artistic concrete do driveway, pool area and terrace area. After a increase in price change which was uncalled for I did not want to continue shopping it around I decided to move forward. I have concrete splatter on my columns, exterior wall and fences. There are grinder marks everywhere which I pointed out and the guys returned and did not correct it with the excuse of that is how aggregated concrete is supposed to look. After the job was complete they were supposed to turn in a finished clean product which also was not the case I have pressure cleaning marks everywhere and now I have to pay another company to correct all the grinding marks which by the way is a lot and get another company to properly pressure clean so I can seal. I chose them because they are well known and seemed professional although the price was $8000 more than two competitors i figured I would use them to avoid issues like these. Not happy with the finished job neither is my family or friends. I wish I can post pictures so you can see.
