Wilson Court Motel

As September until now, the Owner was charging late fees to the tenants on a State of Emengency status. He promised to provide better rooms and has not fixed things. When he hires motel managers he charges them full rent, and doesn't pay them for collecting money & giving receipts, nor does the Owner provide materials to fix issues in rooms in a timely manner, especially since Hurricane Irma. I know he has done this to the last 2 managers. Raymond Vega was one of the Hotel managers until end of August 2017.
