I don't want to bad talk all of the people that work for Kay's because that's not the issue. This company needs to do a better job of weeding out the employees that are not willing to give their customers the best service they can provide. Today I went into this location to place an order and I was asking the gentlemen a few questions before I went ahead and purchased. He was so rude, spoke with an attitude, and truthfully didn't seem interested in making this sale. Speaking from a person who works in sales it's never good to bite the hand that feeds you. I was just in shock of the lack of customer service that was provided. Your customer should ALWAYS be your number one priority. I will not be returning to the New Port Richey location to make any of my purchases. This stores loss.
